‘Unfollowed’ season two premieres on Showmax
Former Umhlobo Wenene radio persona Spitch Nzawumbi is the brand new host of Showmax’s Unfollowed.
SPITCH NZAWUMBI ON HOSTING ‘UNFOLLOWED‘
The radio and TV persona Spitch Nzawumbi took over from former host, Thembekile Mrototo within the second season of Unfollowed.
In an interview with Showmax, Nzawumbi revealed why he agreed to take over from Mrototo as the brand new host.
“The format of the show is intense and blunt, but it’s also conversational, which aligns with my broadcasting style. It has all the elements that best describe me: the journalistic side, the social media aspect, and the element of controversy,” he shared.
He additionally reveals that every visitor has a novel story, and each element of that story guides the tone and nature of the complete interview.
“We all want to be heard and understood, regardless of our prominence in society.”
