MCP official bemoans absence of diaspora voting regulation
The Second Deputy Director of International Affairs within the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Chalo Mvula has requested Parliament to place in legislative instruments that will allow Malawians dwelling outdoors the nation to vote.

Recently, Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) Commissioner, Anthony Mukumbwa, informed a stakeholders assembly in Mzimba that Malawians residing overseas who would have registered for the 2025 Presidential, Parliamentary and Local authorities elections whereas within the nation will be unable to vote as there are at present no legal guidelines and preparations for that.
