Joburg mayor Morero set to ask fraud-accused Gwamanda to give up as MMC

City of Johannesburg mayor Dada Morero says member of the mayoral committee (MMC) for Community Development Kabelo Gwamanda’s scenario meets the minimal necessities to step down from his place.
