Maseru, Dec. 09—Chairperson of the Road Transport Board has introduced the graduation of issuance of D-permits starting from Tuesday.
During a press convention, Mr. Mathabeng Lechalaba stated the federal government gazette has been launched to permit the issuance of the permits, and public consultations shall be performed in Butha-Buthe on December 16, Maseru shall be on December 18 whereas Mohale’s Hoek shall be on December 20.
