Ex-EFF member says MK Party will not budge on provocation

This comes as Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) chief Julius Malema declared the MK Party as their primary enemy as a number of outstanding members, including Mpofu, who served because the get together’s first nationwide chairperson, have ditched the Red Berets and joined MKP.

Meanwhile, addressing EFF supporters outdoors the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg on Tuesday, 26 November, Malema said they don’t seem to be going to play good with individuals who play tough with them.

“All the circumstances we gained in opposition to Jacob Zuma, he by no means paid the authorized charges. Zuma is owing us authorized charges, we’ve obtained an order that he should pay us our cash as a result of we defeated him in courtroom. Now, he has not complied with the order to pay our cash.

“We have just instructed our lawyers to go and attach Nkandla so that the man [Zuma] pays back our money. We want our money that Zuma owes us from here at the Constitutional Court, the High Court in Pretoria and everywhere else where we have been winning against Zuma they said he must pay us legal fees but he never did,” Malema stated.
