DA claims victory after courtroom orders Johannesburg metropolis supervisor to vacate place

The Democratic Alliance (DA) has claimed victory after the Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg dominated that the metro metropolis supervisor Floyd Brink’s reappointment was unconstitutional, illegal and invalid. 

Brink was initially appointed metropolis supervisor in February 2023 however was dismissed on 7 November 2023 after a courtroom dominated that his appointment was unconstitutional. The City of Johannesburg appealed the choice and its software was dismissed. Brink was then re-appointed on 29 November 2023, and the DA launched a courtroom bid to problem his irregular appointment. 

JOHANNESBURG MANAGER FLOYD BRINK’S REAPPOINTMENT INVALID
