President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has stated authorities acknowledges the challenges that farmers in Mchinji confronted as a result of latest pure disasters that impacted the agricultural sector within the district.

He made the remarks at Mchinji Boma when he performed a whistle-stop tour aimed toward mobilising folks for voter registration.

He stated authorities is dedicated to supporting these affected by starvation and pure disasters within the district, urging the Mchinji communities to embrace unity and uphold the rule of regulation.

President Chakwera referred to as upon the authorities liable for offering aid and help to implement initiatives impartially and successfully.

He assured the folks of Mchinji that the federal government will revitalise the railway system connecting Malawi and Zambia, to make sure simple transportation of products.
