After the expiry of the 7 days apology demand letter interval, our Lawyers yesterday sued Mr Chitambala Mwewa within the High Court of Zambia for his defamatory and malicious remarks on Miles Sampa. He is predicted to show or substantiate his varied libelous social media posts & utterances. We have requested the court docket that if he fails to show and located responsible of defamation, could they award us damages of K100M + a proper apology.
